I was on a website that gave out a recipe for healthier macaroni and cheese, i tried it tonight and its pretty good.
I altered it a bit ...this is what i did
1/2 cup cooked cauliflower and carrots
1/4 c shredded cheddar cheese
whole wheat noodles of any kind
salt to taste
Cook the cauliflower and carrots, put them in the blender and add milk until it is a smoothe consistency (use your best judgement.) Pour it in a pan, add the shredded cheese and noodles. Heat until cheese is melted. Add salt to taste.

-You can't out exercise a bad diet.
