Just to clarify some information....
This diet plan is not based on scientific research or weight loss evidence. There is a great deal of inaccurate information in this eating plan.
This diet plan is not how a board certified allergiest would diagnos or treat a person with food allergies.

Yes my doctor is a board certified medical doctor and I just spoke with her. She thinks the dental antibiotics are making me nauseated. She told me to hang in there and take probiotics. Most likely I'll feel better tomorrow, and to continue with the diet if I like, because it probably has nothing to do with how I'm feeling. It's most likely a side effect from the drug, and I'm to call her tomorrow and let her know if I'm better. I'm also to take it with more food which will probably help.
The diet has a two day "cleanse" as I already described which is simply eating vegetarian foods to give your system a rest before you add highly reactive foods like eggs, wheat, etc. Many people get headaches, etc on those two days - my husband did, but he's not on an antibiotic. He has frequent skin rashes and the doctor thinks they might be food related.
Again, allergists put people on this typed of diet every day, and I agree that Dr. Oz can be a little out there sometimes, but he gave very good reasons for endorsing it - it is a rotation/elimination diet. Those of us with food allergies benefit from this approach.
Again, thanks for your replies. :-)

Dr. Oz is not a source of reputable diet advice, unfortunately. He's known for promoting just about anything that comes along without any reliable evidence of their efficacy. He is unfortunately not a good endorsement, and is not generally well-respected around here. I don't think it's a reflection on this plan one way or the other, but his endorsement is not a positive one. I AM concerned about you having these side effects for this long. That's not a good thing, and is a sign you should *stop* this plan. Could you clarify what you mean by a "purification program" - that's a bit of a red flag to me. Is this a board-certified medical doctor?

I agree wholeheartedly with Kiwi. Stop this plan, and consult with your doctor, because it doesn't sound like this is the approach for you. Your body does not need to be cleansed. It's not a toilet, so it *can't* be flushed. I would strongly suggest you stop this diet, and consult your doctor immediately to rule out any potential medical issues.

Our bodies don't need to go on detox or cleansing diets. If you think you have a problem with food, one of the best ways to to eliminate THAT food (not others) for a while, keeping notes of what happens, and then re-introducing it. Do this 2-3 times, with at least a few days between consuming and avoiding, and then you may know if the problem is reality or perceived. You have things going on at the moment, re your tooth and antibiotics so it certainly isn't a time to be trying this sort of thing, either. Apart from that, you have a lot going on with your health in general - you really need to talk with your Dr about what is suitable for you. Why do you say "My liver is probably pretty toxic..." It almost sounds like you have decided that you COULD have a problem so you need to do something about it, and you are sailing ahead to 'rectify' it without knowing if you actually DO have a problem. Ok. When the approach you are using leaves you feeling literally sick, so sick that you have to take time off work as a result of it? That's a big sign that this is likely not a good approach for you! I would be very hesitant to adopt any sort of special/deprivation-style diet given your health considerations. You really need to be talking to a doctor about your sick feelings, if for no other reason than to rule out any sort of reaction or relation to your medications! Disclaimer: I am not a fan or advocate of "cleanses" or anything else that resembles a temporary short-term "fix" or "fad." SO my comments come complete with this bias.
