So, I just recently discovered these and kind of wanted to share. No one loves a strong cup of black coffee in the morning more than me, but recently, lattes in the afternoon have started sounding good for some reason and I bought some lighter, decaf coffee. Being decaf it wasn't quite right so long story short I bought some sugar free coffee syrup. I'd just add maybe a teaspoon of that in with a splash of skim milk and its a nice way to warm up and relax in the evening.
And now tonight, I was craving some desert, particularly ice cream, and thought I'd try something. Added some of the syrup (about 2 T this time) to a cup of plain, non fat Greek yogurt and my god was that delicious. Tasted just like French vanilla ice cream that had been left on the counter for a couple minutes. So good. Can't wait to go to the store and get a strawberry or other fruity flavor to add next time.

September 2012- Made my goal of competing at feather weight for Bjj (under 149 with a little water cut)
Now I'm just trying to maintain around 152ish to leave me in easy cutting range. Also trying to relax and eat more like a normal person now, balancing enjoying life and staying healthy.
