My favourite oatmeal is half quick rolled oats/half old fashioned oats w/ blended banana and milk or almond milk, a tablespoon of natural peanut butter and a tablespoon of dark chocolate chips.
I make a ton of different types though and am always experimenting, some of my favs right now are:
A tropical one with mango/pineapple, coconut flakes, walnuts and chocolate whey powder.
Baked peach oatmeal with a crispy topping.
Blueberry oat cake; quick rolled oats/old fashioned oats, blueberries, chocolate whey powder, flaxseed and cinnamon. Then you mush up half a banana and mix it (I sometimes add a tiny bit of water if it's too dry but it needs to be just enough that it's mxed) then you microwave it for 4 mins and it comes out like a blueberry cookie.
