I don't follow any "program" per se,
But I do live by the mantra of "eating what i love and loving what i eat!"
I could never make a lasting change if losing weight entailed eating things I disliked and getting no enjoyment or satisfaction out of my food!
Goal 1 - break 200 (46 pounds lost)**DONE**
Goal 2 - leave obesity behind (BMI 29.9, at 185#) **DONE**
Goal 3 - BMI = Normal (154# or less)
