I drink a cup of coffee or tea. That usually does the trick for me. Depending on the craving I may "give in" to it. I don't completely ignore all my cravings. I find that if I do that I eventually binge so having a little something helps. For example, I've been having the smart ones ice cream sundaes on occasion. They really help with my cravings and I don't feel guilty for having them where if I ate regular ice cream I would feel so guilty.
My weight loss journey restarted on 1/26/13 at 175.8 lbs. My goal weight is 125lbs.

I'll usually chew gum, drink tea, or eat a piece of fruit, and I busy myself.
It depends on the craving, though- if it's something I can/want to have, I'll have it and add it into my tracker.

I always carry around a pack of sugar-free gum and when I get a craving I just chew a piece of the gum. Its less than 5 calories so you don't have to worry about blowing up your calorie range. After a few minutes I usually get over the craving.
Rather than aiming for being perfect, just aim to be little bit better today than you were yesterday.
