Hahahaha, Im 30 and I take "little critters gummy vits"...cause, frankly, I wont take them any other way! I'm really anemic and low in Vit D, C and B12, so I just find that this is easier than taking 4 billion separate pills.

I had this talk with my doctor and after seeing that what I eat is very healthy and filled with vitamins, we both decided that I don't need to take any. All I do take is calcium and vitamin D.

Just talk to your doctor for the best information. Especially when you diet you can sometimes fall short on certain vitamins so they generally do recommend a multivitamin if you tell then you are going to be cutting calories in your diet. Personally I take a multivitamin and calcium. The calcium I have to take do to another prescription I take. I am a terrible pill taker especially the horse size vitamins. I prefer the gummy vitamins. You do pay a little more but I buy them at target when they go on sale and they aren't too badly priced.

Best multivitamin for a woman in her twenties???

AND I'd love to hear opinions on multivitamins. Are they really necessary or a waste of money??? Way to much conflicting research when I try to look stuff up on the Internet.
