Thank you guys! I'm not going to worry about it since I'm meeting my minimum and I'm not hungry. Thanks so much!

I think it depends on who set the range and their reasoning for those numbers.

At first I had a really hard time getting within my protein range. It would always be too low. I started using fiber plus protein bars as snacks and it has helped tremendously. Also sometimes I will pack some lean turkey or roast beef in my lunch. Not even on bread or anything. Just the meat along with a salad or something. Also try putting almonds in salads.

Yogurt and milk are also good sources.

You have a range for a reason. :) As long as you're within that range, you should be fine. Do know that if you regularly strength train, you may want to increase your protein, and protein helps you stay "full", so if you're having trouble with hunger, boosting protein higher in your range may be a wise choice.

My protein amounts daily are on the low end of my required amount. Is this ok? I'm always in my range but just on the low end. Is there anything wrong with this or is it fine as long as I'm reaching the minimum every day?
