No matter what plan you choose, weight loss is not a linear process. Because our bodies are not calculators, there's a lot more that goes into weight loss/gain than fat loss, and calories in/calories out.
Some weeks we'll gain, some weeks we'll lose. Some we'll stay the same. All are normal, and not indicative of an issue.
