Too many carbs, too little protein. You are not making very wise food choices. I see a lot of snacks, refined sugar, condiments, processed foods and hardly any whole, fresh foods. Hardly any veggies or fruit. That's the cold hard truth. I hope you don't take it too harsh, if you're new to this it takes time to make these changes. Start refining your diet by making small changes over time. Learn what a healthy, balanced diet consists of and by all means, enjoy treats in "moderation". If you learn to eat an 80-90% healthy and balanced diet, you can enjoy special treats here in there.
One of the biggest and best things I've ever done for myself since joining Sparks is learning to cook and experiment with different recipes. I batch cook so I always have meals made up and ready to go. It has kept eating healthy fun and interesting and I absolutely LOVE the foods I eat. I used to eat the same way you do. Now, I could never go back to eating that way again. The food is just so boring and unappealling since I've whizzed it up in the kitchen. I love my healthy food now and can take any recipe I like and revamp it to be healthy. Learn to love eating healthy on your journey and you will be successful not only in weight loss, but your overall health and in a lasting and maintainable way that will help ensure you stay fit and healthy for life.

"Toning" is marketing muscles to women who are afraid if they pick up a barbell, they'll leave the gym looking like She-Hulk. If you don't want to get bulky, lift heavy!
I can bench Nicole Richie, eat more than she does in a day before noon, I have a good 20 lbs on her but could still wear her pants.
