Dietician Becky Hand here on SP recommends no more than one glass of juice per day. Juice is great for you, but should not be your primary source of nutrients nor fruits and vegetables. Juice lacks much of the benefit of regular fruits (like fiber!).
Personally? I prefer to eat my calories, not drink them. Juice does nothing for my satiety, and I don't buy into the whole juice-as-miracle-cure that some would have it. If you;re going to have juice, though, it's probably better to make your own! No extras added for resale. ;)
