I don't have recipes per se. I use whatever is in my fridge and freezer
Normally I choose a green-- spinach, kale, collards, swiss chard,etc
then I choose my fruit-- apples, bananas, peaches, berries of all types, etc
then I may choose protein-- such as peanut butter or other nut butters.
I may throw in some powders such as complex c or acai powder, chia seeds, etc
Lastly I either use filtered water or unsweetened almond milk.
I find that i don't need "recipes" for smoothies. They are easy to make and you just add in things that you like.
