I like your idea of checking daily, but recording less often. You'll be able to look at the written numbers to see what's actually happening vs. what could be water weight, etc, etc. I like it!
For me, I generally also weigh daily. Often, I don't weigh on the weekends...or sometimes I'll forget during the week. I pretty much only write it down though if I'm LESS than the previous weight (no matter how long it's been). Right now I JUST hit my lowest weight since this last pregnancy this morning (for the second time). The last time I recorded this number was November 22nd....and i had no higher numbers recorded in-between. ;) Hoping tomorrow will be even less by an ounce or two so that I can record a new number.
I should noted that I do generally track in SP daily - or have been since I've really started using Spark again...the past few weeks. I like to see the grid and where I fall...it just seems to help with motivation.
