I knew I was getting out of control and starting tracking as a way to figure out my problems areas. Turns out, most everything was a problem area! Haha! You are so right; it's a real eye opening experience how many calories are in everything; I was completely fooling myself and vastly underestimating how many calories I consume in a day. I've been consistently tracking for nearly two weeks now, and I don't even want to think about going back to that weird world of estimation. It finally (FINALLY - after 25 years of dieting) makes sense to keep track of everything. It's just too easy to get out of control NOT doing it!
