Hi - I am looking for some good ways to add more protein to my diet. I eat greek yogurt, meat, chicken and fish but find that my protein comes up short. (Days I eat fish tend to be a little better).
I have been running and am starting to hike on weekends so protein is something I can't afford to skimp on.
I picked up a few protein bars but the calories and sugar are a bit much. I think I'll save those for days that I hike.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
