hi all ive a delicious spicy chicken soup.
so easy to make and the taste i fin to be so nice,
plus it makes 2 bowls so u can indulge without piling on the lbs .
it also fills u up for longer
3 chicken thighs
1/2 cup of chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup of ccocnut milk light
1/2 cup of chopped peppers
tsp of mustard yellow
few drops of tabasco to taste
1/2 cup of chopped onions
skin and de- bone the chicken beast,
add tomaoes.chicken and cocnut milk to pan.
no oil needed.
let it cook and the add the onions garlic peppers mustard and tabasco
and let it cook for about 25 mins stiring occasionally
add to blender and blend untill your liking.
its spicy. hot.delcious and filling
