I don't really care for the "usual" breakfasts- Cereal, oatmeal, eggs, etc. I've taken to eating spinach salads, quinoa salads, tacos, and spaghetti for breakfast most days and I am finding myself actually looking forward to breakfast now, vs not wanting to eat yucky oatmeal again (I actually do like oatmeal, but as a snack or even dinner rather than for breakfast).
Do you have an unusual breakfast that you make? Looking for ideas.
