I agree with the other responses as well. Any over the counter pills that claims to burn fat fast is a crock of crap in my opinion. Years ago I got lured into buying an "all natural" fat blasting/excess fat absorbing supplement. Thought it would be a good way to kick start my weight loss when I first got started. After 2 days of taking the pills I felt dizzy and lightheaded, had heart palpitations and a weird fuzzy/shaky feeling in my brain. Ever since then, I swore off any type of weight loss pills. At worst they're harmful, at best they're simply ineffective.
No one needs to buy anything that claims to boost their weight loss. What you have to do is eat less, eat better, and be more active. It's a simple equation of burning more calories than you're consuming. The best way to burn fat is to build more muscle and that's not something that comes in pill form. That being said, drinking straight up green tea has a lot of great health benefits so feel free to incorporate that into your daily routine if you like!
