I have never been a tea drinker. I like coffee. Still drink coffee in the morning, but have started drinking green tea in between meals. I must say, I can't explain WHY it satisfies me so much, but it just does. I don't even really love the taste of plain green tea, but after drinking a cup, I am satiated for a full hour or so after, even if I feel like I am starving before I drink it. I don't feel that way drinking water, that's for sure, even though green tea is just water and tea leaves. I wonder why it makes me feel so satiated... anyway, I can see why people say green tea helps with weight loss. It is really helping me keep to my calorie ranges!

Goal 1: 160lbs by May 15 (breast reduction day!)

Goal 3: 135-140 by December 1 (ultimate goal weight)
