So tonight my step sis and I are going to Zumba and we like to have dinner too and watch some netflix afterwards. (Class is at 7.. over at 8.. bedtime is 9..) I don't like to eat a big meal before i workout so i already planned on a yogurt or peanut butter toast, but for AFTER the workout i'm stuck.
I want to make us something good and light but generally good for an after workout meal. Not even a full meal. I was thinking a smoothie of some sort but I was wondering if anyone had any other suggestions? Since i go to bed around 9pm, I don't want to eat a super filling over powering meal, but i do need something good for recovery.
