Well "dizzy" is just never a good symptom.
"Shaky" - if you mean that "omg starving gotta eat something now now NOWWW" sort of "hunger shakes" - i think we are all familiar with those! For me, that tends to happen if i eat a really crappy breakfast of refined carbs/simple sugar (waffles and syrup, say). Or if i try and skip breakfast altogether. Having some complex carbs and protein at breakfast keeps me satisfied till lunch.
Only you know how you feel, but if "dizzy or lightheaded" is part of it, it really is worth having a word with the doc. You never know, you might have something going on that is only coincidentally appearing at the same time you started changing your eating habits - it might not be related to your food at all.
