That is so good to hear! It's strange how the body works. You do everything correctly and still lose nothing. Then suddenly, 2 pounds gone.
I appreciate your positive words. They have helped!

I lost nothing last week....zero. I was so frustraed because I had done everthing right and even sacraficed splurging for the superbowl. Today I stepped on the scale and I am down 2 pounds. It just happens in spurts I guess. Hang in there, you got this!

Shedding it pound by pound!

Been there! Just be happy that you are LOSING! Hooray!

Maybe try switching things up a bit? Maybe try some a different type of cardio to surprise your body. I really like the treadmill...but every once and a while I'll do the eliptical or the stair master. Good luck and KEEP IT UP! Don't get so down on yourself!

You've had some great words of encouragement. I wanted to add that you need to not be so focused on the scale. The scale isn't always the best indicator of your progress. Take measurements and track those as well. In the past I had seen little progress on the scale but major progress with measurements. In addition, water weight fluctuates daily. You may just be seeing that. Keep positive. You're doing a great job!

We've all been there and know exactly how you're feeling. As much as you *know* this is normal to have weeks where you lose a lot, weeks you don't lose much and weeks you don't lose at all, we still get discouraged and disappointed when we do have them. Just muscle through it and take this time to remind yourself of all the positive improvements you've made to your health and life. :)

That will happen. Some weeks you may lose 3 or 4 lbs, other weeks may be none at all. Just try to look at the big picture and your overall success, instead of weekly. I only lost an average of a pound a week once I looked at the entire year.

Working on maintaining at 140!

I did every thing the same as always, even adding more cardio time, yet I only lost .7 lbs.
I knew this was imminent, yet I feel disappointed. I've been doing so well. Now I just feel so depressed...
I refuse to give up. I know I can do this, I just have to get over myself...
