O.K. - I don't know why, but each time I go to put the correct link in the one on show is what came up, and yes, you are quite correct - it DOESN'T work :-(
Anyway, if you go to your Fitness Plan and IF you use the old version, then click on "Change Fitness Goals" beside where it says "FITNESS" at the top. You can then re-enter what you do for exercises and the length of time. Remember to save before leaving. IF you use the NEW Fitness Plan, then right beside the date are two tabs - choose the upper one which says "Fitness Setup" - once again remember to save before leaving.
