I can relate, hooboy. I really do love chocolate.
Things that help:
When i do eat chocolate, I eat a small portion of good quality dark chocolate, and really savour it.
After Eight mint patties. 29 calories apiece. I don't know what it is about chocolate plus mint, but i can eat 1-3 of these and feel legitimately "treated." York Peppermint Patties are good too.
Chocolate flavoured tea. I have been drinking some sort of Stash tea Chocolate Mint (hmm again with the mint!) and it gives me the scent experience, if not quite the taste/melty texture.
Biscotti. I got some individually-wrapped ones, the kind that have chocolaty coating on the bottom. About 150 calories, and i find that by the time i crunch my way through one of these, alongside a cup of tea or coffee, I'm satisfied.
Hot chocolate. I enjoy the "mexican style" hot chocolate (it comes in hard chocolate tablets, flavoured with cinnamon, that you melt into your milk). Calcium/protein plus chocolate-fix, a good deal, especially on a cold day. Or just get the instant packets (check the label, not all instant cocoas are created equal in the nutritional department) for a very quick/convenient chocolate fix.
