I am a pescetarian so my meats only consist of seafood(so I still get some protein).

My total calorie intake: 1,440
I drink about 102 ounces of water each day
When I signed up for sparkpeople, it told me I needed 1200-1550 a day based on all my information.
I was just wondering if my diet is healthy for weight loss. I know that losing weight is mostly done in the kitchen, so I need to know if I am doing it right so far.
(I burn about 300-400 at the gym 6 days a week, incorporating cardio and strength training each day).
I've been at my diet and exercise for a little over 3 weeks, and I havent lost inches or pounds.
