By "dairy sensitive" do you mean lactose intolerant?
If so yogurt is fine, so are any of the brands of milk that contain lactase, the missing enzyme required to digest milk sugar -- lactose.
Many cheeses (excluding cream "cheese") have had the lactose consumed by the bacteria that turns the milk solids into cheese, so they, too, are okay.
