Don't be worried or guilty. You may gain a little water weight from all the sodium, but in a day or two, it will be gone. Just get back on track, and this will be nothing It only gets to be a problem if we start hating ourselves for eating half a bag of Doritos, so we eat the other half.

Keep your head up! We all have our moments of weakness and cave in every now and then. I have found that as long as I stay within my calorie range I have steadily lost. Drink some extra water to flush out the extra sodium and don't beat yourself up about it. You stayed within your range. Great job! Start fresh tomorrow!

We all cheat once in a while. I find it best not to have my trigger foods in the house. Then I'm more likely to grab something healthier when I'm stressed. Just cut down a little (notice the word little) over the next couple of days and it will even out. Good luck!

you don't have to be perfect. think of the positive. you only had 3 servings. (i have had more doritos than that at once.) you didn't go over your calories. it is about learning to make healthy choices over time. don't feel guilty. tomorrow is a new day. : )

You won't gain from eating some doritos. You didn't eat the whole bag, so thats something! These things happen to all of us, and stressing doesn't help.

that's one of the plusses of calorie counting vs diets that say "don't eat _____" as long as you're under/at your goal once you track everything and usually meet your nutrition goals a treat every now and then is good! Reward yourself and enjoy it... just don't start eating it every day or going over your range (weekly average). ^_^

You can't gain a pound (or three) from eating 2 or 3 ounces of food - which is about what those Doritos would have weighed. If the scale goes up from retained water (due to the high sodium in those chips, it's a possibility), then just weigh yourself again in a couple of days for some peace of mind. :)
