Hi, not sure if I'm posting in the right place. I am putting together a food diary (journal) and making a page for diet friendly individual food item suggestions..Breakfast..Lunch..Dinner..100 calorie or under Snacks to include in my plan. Looking for suggestions from fellow Sparkers.
