I have a scale problem. I weigh myself constantly.
But here's the thing. I don't really care what the number is. I know my body, and I know when it is fluctuating up, down, etc. So I can step on the scale and see it say "124.7" when I was 120.6 at my last "real" weigh-in, and it doesn't phase me.
I use the scale to guide my weight loss (and maintenance, really, now). It will ALWAYS be "accurate" in that it will always tell me exactly how much force the ground has to push up on me with to keep me from falling down! But that's all the scale tells for certain. Everything else- the scale can't tell you. You have to figure that out for yourself.
