At a hundred and ninety four pounds, you're getting below the range where you can expect to lose 2 lbs per week. As you drop weight, your weight of loss slows. ;) 2 lbs per week is average for people OVER 200 lbs, but below that, it gets hard. You can likely aim for 1.5, but 1 would be more reasonable.
