Yes, bananas are high in carb, but remember not all carbs are created equal. We need carbs, they fuel the body.
I use plain vanilla yogurt, with probiatics 1 cup = 140 cal, 27 carb, 22 sugar, 7 protien
Half a cup skim milk
This is my base... Then I add frozen berries, maybe some Kefir and after a workout I add protien powder.
