I lost about 15 lbs in that 6 weeks but then got stuck again as my body adjusted to the lower calorie intake. Not to mention it was torture eating that low. I upped my calories back up to 1400 cals and began calorie cycling around that number. I've lost 5 lbs in the last two weeks since then.

I did notice on weeks where I ate over the amount of calories I aimed for I'd actually lose more weight. So I don't know exactly what to attribute the break through to or if it was a combination of both a calorie increase and calorie cycling.
