What is your goal set at? If you don't have much to lose, and you set a 2 pounds per week goal, then you'll likely get the lowest range. Are your exercise calories properly entered into your fitness tracker? Is the 1900 calorie recommendation a maintenance figure, or does it take wanted loss into account? (My maintenance figure, using a BMR formula and a moderate activity modifer, is around 1800.) If you used a BMR calculator, did you use too high of an activity modifier? I'd look at all of those things, and readjust accordinly. If you think your SP range is too low, then eat more. If you lose, great, if you don't, then maybe give the SP range a shot. It's all a giant science experiment anyway.
