A lb a week is a great goal. If you want to eat more calories, maybe make it 1/2 a lb a week.
You aren't going to stall weight loss by eating less, that is a myth. Set up your goals, and calories burned, and SP will give you a range. After that, just follow the plan. Burn the calories you said you do, eat in the range provided, and hopefully lose steadily.
The lowest range SP will provide is 1200-1500 I believe, so why not average 1350 a day. Everyone seems to focus on 1200. You could eat 1450 one day, and 1250 the next. Use the entire range, not just one end.
