many cold drinks of hot drinks are higher calories because they need to add extra to the drink to make it taste close to similar to the hot version as possible - which is why I don't buy such drinks less I'm splurging (then its like a Tall Green Tea Frap or an Small Ice Cap with 1% milk) other wise I always make my own which means brew my normal tea or coffee add what I would for a hot version and then pour it over ice (that or in the winder just leave the hot drink in the car go shopping come back mother nature has made me a cold version on its own).

Haha, I know it's such a shame. You should try making your own and that would save loads of calories. :)

Thank you. I thought the iced skinny would have been a little less, but it sure doesn't look it.

You would only need to "figure it out" if you're making it yourself. If you're getting it from Starbucks for example, they have the nutritional information on the website.

It might already be in the lists, but I was wondering how you figure the calorie amounts if the drink you have is normally a hot one, but you order one that is iced so that much of that drink is ice. Like a Skinny Caramel Macchiati is normally ordered hot, so you have 12 or 16 oz of hot. But if you order an iced one, how much difference does all the ice make? I know the coffee part is the same amount and probably the syrup, but it would have less milk.
