I have a sweet tooth and a history of always having dessert (how I was raised) so I feel your pain. Here are some of my favorite evening treats:
1 medium banana sliced, sprinkled with cinnamon and small drizzle of honey~ about 150cal
1/2 C part Skim ricotta and 1/4 C sliced strawberries & 1/4 C blueberries drizzle with honey~ about 200cal
1/2 C rainbow sherbet ice cream~about 100 calories
If you do not have a sweet tooth I like the suggestion about grape tomatoes basil and cheese or maybe hummus and carrots. Hope this helps! I try to save up calories for an evening snack at least 3 days a week. I feel like I won at something when I do!
