Yesterday I ate lunch at an Asian grill, and had a huge bowl of vegetables with a small amount of some sauces, plus a hard boiled egg, a large flatbread round, and pork, all grilled, then served with brown rice. I just KNEW I had overeaten. I fixed a large salad for dinner, with almonds, dried cranberries, and Feta cheese crumbles with FF dressing. I thought to myself, Well, you've gone and done it now, even though I knew those were all good foods. I came in at 1500 calories (my range is 1200-1550), and I had a hard time tracking everything.
Surprise of all surprises...this morning the scale smiled at me. DOWN .6. I couldn't be happier. I guess when you eat the RIGHT FOODS, loss will occur. I am a happy camper today.
