I fill 4 x 2 cup water bottles every night and put them in the fridge overnight. i drink them as follows:
- 1 cup before breakfast, finish that bottle with breakfast.
- 1 cup between breakfast & lunch; 1 cup with lunch - that's 2 bottles down
- 2 cups between lunch and dinner - 3 bottles down
- 1 cup with dinner, the last cup between dinner & bedtime - that makes 4 x 2 cup bottles
Fill the bottles again before you go to bed. Repeat each day.
