I have a daily caloric intake of 1500 based on my goals. Does anyone know if this includes my weekly goal of burning 750 calories, i.e., if I burn 300 calories today at the gym, can I eat an extra 300 calories or is that a part of my weekly goal and I need to stay at 1500 for the day?
