Hello, I have been tracking my food on the spark people meal tracker but I am wondering if the amount of calories I burn from a workout is subtracted from my calorie intake? For example, if I had eaten my 1300 calories for the day but then did a workout which burned 500 calories, does that mean I can eat 500 more calories? I am just wondering because I don't want to be overeating or under-eating.
