I would try to eat real foods vs. using "replacements". It's best to get vitamins and nutrients through real foods, like vegetables. Look up "super foods" for nutrient-dense picks.
If you must use a shake, I'd go with Ensure, and I wouldn't replace more than 1 meal a day like that.
