It is very difficult to answer your questions unless we know more about where you are at...your current weight, your target weight, your goal date...as well as seeing details about your meals (you would have to track your meals here, then make your page and meal tracker available to be seen by others). Once you do that, though, you can get more specific advice from people here.
Generally speaking, when someone is eating healthy foods but isn't losing weight as much as they expect, it can be:
- expectations are unrealistic...losing weight isn't a straight line, not going to lose the same amount each week
- 'eyeballing' food measurements leading to underestimating portion sizes and therefore calorie/fat/carb/protein amounts
- over-counting calories burned in some exercises
- not accounting for high levels of sodium in many foods...this will cause alot of water retention, and mess up your weigh-ins
- not being patient enough
If you bring forth that which is within you, that which is within you will save you. If you do not bring forth that which is within you, that which you do not bring forth will destroy you.
