I found this recipe online through Chobani and I am very eager to try it. The best thing about it is, you make it in pint-sized mason jars the night before, so it's ready to go in the morning (you can even make a few at a time).
To start, mix 1/3 cup dry, old-fashioned oats and 1 teaspoon of chia seeds with 6 oz of any flavor Greek Yogurt. To this mixture, you'll also need to add 2 tablespoons of any type of milk (because the oats and chia seeds absorb a lot of moisture out of the yogurt).
Then, add half of the mixture to the bottom of a pint-sized mason jar. On top of that, add 1/2 cup frozen fruit. Then, repeat with the remainder of the yogurt mixture and a second 1/2 cup of fruit.
You can experiment with different flavor combinations: lemon yogurt with frozen raspberries, peach yogurt with blackberries. You could even mix cocoa powder into the yogurt and have it with strawberries and/or bananas.
For a combination with vanilla Chobani, skim milk, and frozen mixed berries it comes to about 310 calories, 4 grams of fat, 51 carbs, and 21 grams of protein.
