Is there any way to track oxalates in food? I try to avoid high oxalate food, but I'm not aware of every food. The foods that are high in oxalates can cause kidney stones in some individuals.
I'm trying to deal with diabetes, oxalates, low potassium, low thyroid, celiac, gluten issues, milk issues, and soy issues. Trying to deal with all of this is over whelming. On top of this I have a brain injury, asthma, and other problems.
