I add an extra 100 cal (at least) to the number given by the restaurant. I found that many cooks seem to be quite liberal with the use of cooking oil, butter, and other condiments.
I think the order of a grilled shrimp caesar salad, hold the dressing and croutons, served with olive oil on the side would provide nutrients and protein. I would request cucumber, onion, tomato added to the salad and spinach substituted for romaine if possible,
