Sparkpeople's experts actually recommend against tracking sugar, and here's why:

Hey everyone,

I noticed sugar isn't set up on my nutrient tracker, but I'm curious to know, how much should I be (or not be) getting per day? I've been to many different websites, and am getting lots of different answers.

Also, do I count the sugar in a banana as the same as the sugar I put in my coffee?
