Be careful about exercise values. Where did you find more than 100 calories for three hours of bowling?
Are we talking lawn, or 10 pin?
Either way, you get up for your go, do your thing, then sit down until it's your turn again. You probably spend three hours at the bowling centre/lawn, but you don't actually spend three hours "bowling". If you have looked up bowling on a website, you may want to work out how much time you actually spend actively bowling and track that only, not the full three hours.
Additionally, most trackable exercise should be that which gets your HR up consistently for at least 10 minutes or more. I don't think that taking a bowl then sitting down would really qualify. So actually, I would not track bowling at all - not even the 100 for three hours you had estimated. I think if you track it, you may be sabotaging yourself.
