Before I would look to water as the source of my bloating, I would first look to my food. Do you eat out a lot? Do you eat a lot of prepackaged meals? Boxed stuff, even if it's healthy?
Sodium is the biggest culprit for me when I'm feeling bloating and uncomfortable. If you're overdosing on sodium, that could also explain why you're constantly thirsty.
That is an awful lot though; I think a trip to see the doc wouldn't be amiss.
