I feel very stuffed although I have only had the following:
For breakfast: a smoothie with 1/2 scoop of Whey Protein, cup of 2% milk, mixed berries (1 c.)
Midmorning snack: handful of red, seedless grapes
Lunch: two tacos made with lean ground beef, white corn taco shells, a little shredded cheese, and salsa and a side of a 1/2 c. of fat free refried beans and a skinny cow peanut butter crisp bar.
I really don't think I'm gonna be able to eat dinner tonight which is going to cause me to be way below my recommended caloric intake.
I'm even having a hard time drinking water and felt stuffed with breakfast and the mid morning snack. I forced myself to eat lunch.
I need help. Do I force myself to eat when I'm feeling stuffed and haven't consumed even 1200 calories? I'm currently at 1,048. I'm doing P90X and know I need to eat. Please help...
