I pop my own popcorn and put into a bag, and put in my large purse, you can take water along or coffee in a container, or buy the drinks there, depends on what you want to do. If you like nuts or grape tomatoes, take that in a bag. Pop Chips come in their own bag, take one little bag, you will be ok. Dark chocolate, 2 pieces, or, one of those 100 calorie bags of some treat that you like. It's easier to do nowadays then it used to be years ago. Unless you don't really want to do it.

I think I do yes! Going to the cinema with a little something to snack on is SO much better than going without anything. The smell of warm popcorn, hotdogs and sweets will make anyone hungry. Just a little something to nibble on to stop me from thinking I NEED all that crap is a much safer option. Doesn't mean to say I will eat it, but if I get cravings, I have my safety net.

Do you really need to have something?

Fresh fruit, but be sure not to take something that will be noisy... grapes work well. or melon cut into cubes.

Probably boring, but I can't get enough baby carrots. Just plain, baby carrots, straight from the baggie!

Homemade trail mix. Peanuts, dark chocolate M&Ms, big multicolored raisins.
